Burnham Overy Staithe
Flagstaff Boathouse stands facing the sea, in the grounds of Flagstaff House, once the home of Captain Woodget of the Cutty Sark.
This beautiful part of Norfolk has been designated as an ‘area of outstanding natural beauty’, its long and white sandy beaches offer visitors the opportunity to enjoy dinghy sailing, walking, bird watching in a tranquil setting.
In contrast the nearby bustling towns of Burnham Market and Wells-next-the-Sea have sophistication in their restaurants, tea-rooms and shops.
