This single storey holiday accommodation is perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday as it sleeps 2 people in comfort.
The light and airy open plan lounge with wood burner is great for cosy nights in. There’s a dining area and the kitchen is modern, very well equipped with everything you’ll need.
The twin bedroom is located on the ground floor which is ideal for guests who are less mobile, it also has a shower room with a hand basin and a toilet.
Guests can use the outside shared utility room with a washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and sink.
WiFi is available throughout the property and dogs can stay by arrangement only, £35 per dog.
The Flagstaff Garden House stands in the corner of the Flagstaff House garden. Flagstaff House was once the home of Captain Woodget of the Cutty Sark.
Directly outside the drive is a sandy creek, a saltwater inlet running in from the sea. During low tide the shallow waters are great for paddling and at high tide the creek is perfect sailing waters.

This beautiful part of Norfolk has been designated as an ‘area of outstanding natural beauty’, its long and white sandy beaches offer visitors the opportunity to enjoy dinghy sailing, walking, bird watching in a tranquil setting.
In contrast the nearby bustling towns of Burnham Market and Wells-next-the-Sea have sophistication in their restaurants, tea rooms and shops.
