The Bolt Hole is set away from the other Rookery Farm barns, in a separate part of the village, ideal for grandparents who want to be close by, but not on top of children and grandchildren.
This centrally heated cottage has 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin. Note that the bathroom has no shower, a bath only.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. Laundry facilities are available for washing, drying and ironing.
A complimentary welcome pack provides homemade cake, milk, locally produced cordial, tea, bread from the local bakery and homemade jam.
Outside, the spacious garden is stocked with herbs for your use. Outdoor garden furniture and a barbecue is provided.
Rookery Farm

Rookery Farm offers 7 luxurious barns and cottages, all awarded the Visit Britain Gold Award (properties providing exceptional quality, in all areas).
A working arable farm of some 850 acres, the farm has been in the same family for three generations. Crops include malting barley for beer and whisky, wheat for bread making, potatoes for chips and sugar beet. Daffodils are grown for export to Holland – visit in early spring to witness fields full of cheery colour!
